Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link so you can keep an eye on the progress of your order.

Collect from Urban HQ - Currently suspended 

Dorset House, Ground Floor, 27-45 Stamford Street, London, SE1 9PY.

Most items need to be ordered in for you as we have limited space to hold stock. Please allow 3-5 working days to collect your order. We will notify you once your order has arrived at Urban HQ. 

If we've not needed to order in your items (that'll usually be the case with Urban T-shirts and massage table bags) we'll refund your delivery charge for you. 

Please note that orders can be collected Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.
