The Hero shop is an exclusive platform for pros who are actively working on the Urban platform to buy their treatment essentials. 

Links or discounts must not be shared with people who are not part of the Urban platform and nor should the platform be used for ordered products, downloading consultation forms or booking training if you do not have an active profile. 

Orders placed by non-Urban pros may be cancelled and refunded at Urban's discretion.
